Ms. Nomfundo Mzimela is a proficient individual who holds a Master’s degree in Recreation and Tourism. With over 10 years experience Ms. Mzimela has acquired knowledge in various fields, with strong analysis, networking, strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management. Her extensive experience in academic leadership and community collaboration, brings a unique blend of organisational insight and people-focused strategy to Hi-Gitters.

 

Her expertise lies in planning and executing structured programmes, fostering productive partnerships, and leading teams with purpose and precision. In her current role, working closely with the office of the COO she heads the Conveners Portfolio.

 

Ensuring the seamless coordination of projects, events, and internal procedures that support Hi-Gitters operational and development objectives across all nine provinces. As one of the senior executives she is an integral part of the leadership team driving Hi-Gitters business mandate.
