Ms. Ayanda Ntombi Tshangela is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. As the Convener of Gauteng province, her role is to ensure that all strategic, critical and operational requirements, as defined by the client, meet business as well as contractual needs. Ms. Tshangela holds a Diploma in Financial Information Systems (NFDIS). Equipped with accounting principles and IT skills. She has developed strong communication and IT literacy skills.

 

Her professional development includes workshops on cognitive diversity in education, and she holds a Secondary Teacher’s Diploma and a Certificate in Environmental Education. Her leadership style is collaborative, empathetic, and driven by a passion for sustainable growth.
